Username and Password
The username must start with a letter, end with a letter or number, and may contain a hyphen - or underscore _ or period . The password must be at least 8 digits long and must not contain spaces. It is case sensitive, meaning if there are both uppercase and lowercase letters, you must type them exactly as they are, e.g. A is one thing and a is another.
If you can't find our email, check if your mail server accidentally placed it in the spam or junk folder of your mail account and mark it as not spam.
Birth Place
Write the city, town or village with small letters. If not appear, write with English letters, or/and choose the Country at the previous option. You can also write only the first letters of the city and expect to get results to choose from.
If you did not choose Country and you use Whole World you can type also the country to minimize the results. For United States only type US and not United States. For example if your city is San Francisco, type
sun francisco us
If the city is Washington because there are too many Washington's you can type also the state example:
washington us california
But if you have choose Country before and you use the United States for example type only the city/town/village and not the country.
If you do some tries to find your city and the script seems to not work, for example you can't see the small rolling wheel at the right of the bar where you type, just retype the city or backspace the last letter and retype it.

A planet is in a different house than I thought it was. Why?
In the analysis you may find it strange that some planets are in a different house than you thought they are, or as they appear in the chart. This could be due to two reasons. The first is that you had your horoscope read with the House System of Koch or Placidus, while here we use other House Systems, because Koch and Placidus are based on arbitrary calculations and do not cover the whole globe. The second is that these planets are in Metaichmium with the next House and therefore make a Conjunction with that House. The concept of Metaichmium was introduced by Alan Leo with whom I agree after personal experience, and he says that when a planet is close to the Beginning of the next House in less than 5 degrees, then it is considered that this planet belongs to the next House, because it forms Conjunction with the Beginning of this next House. Of course, when Metaichmio is used in predictive programs of Transits, Progresses, etc., then it is reduced to 1 degree. If you do not want to use Metahimmio in your Analysis, put 0 in the relevant box.
House System
We use the Porphyry house system because it covers the entire globe in contrast to the widespread but incomplete systems of Koch and Placidus.
How to read your transits
Strong transit aspects are those that the planets have aspect and in the natal horoscope. Many times if the transit is opposed from the natal aspect, the natal aspect overcomes the transit.
